摘要:选用兖州和东林矿区的高硫煤(S_(t,d)4%~5%),先脱除无机硫,然后在不同条件下对其进行了水解、氧化、还原和甲醇超临界抽提处理,考察了煤中有机硫的变化。发现在350℃反应1h,可脱除40%~50%的有机硫,根据煤的红外光谱和X射线光电子能谱图推测,前者主要为硫醚和硫醇硫;后者主要为噻吩硫。
Four high sulfuric coal samples were selected from Yanzhou and Donglin mines of China. Its inorganic sulfur was completely removed first,then the coal samples were treated by various processes──hydrolysis,oxidation,reduction and supereritical extraction. The change of organic sulfur content and type was examined.It was found that about 40%~50% of organic sulfur in coal is releated at the temperature of 350℃or so.According to the FTIR and XPS spectroscopies of coal samples and treated coale,the removed organic sulfur is mainly mercaptan and thioether,Whilc the thiophenic sulfur keeps almost unchanged.
