摘要:采用自制的汽液平衡釜,测定了0.55 k Pa压力下,HDI/苯甲酸乙酯、HDI/丁二酸二乙酯、HDI/己二酸二甲酯3组二元体系的汽-液平衡数据,并通过了热力学一致性面积检验。借助流程模拟软件Aspen Plus对实验数据进行了回归,得到了UNIQUAC、UNIFAC模型参数及关联偏差,结果表明:汽相摩尔分数平均偏差均小于2%,平衡温度平均相对偏差均小于1.0 K。进而对共沸体系进行了共沸分析,得到了共沸组成和共沸条件。为HDI的共沸分离技术提供了汽-液平衡数据和热力学工艺参数。
Isobaric vapor-liquid equilibrium (VLE) data for HDI/ethyl benzoate, HDI/diethyl succinate, HDI/ dimethyl adipate were measured at 0.55 kPa by using a self-made VLE still. The binary VLE data have passed the thermodynamic consistency area test proposed by the method. The parameters and regression deviations for the UNIQUAC and UNIFAC models were obtained by data regression with simulation system of Aspen Plus. The results show that the average relative deviations of vapor mole fraction are less than 2%, and the average relative deviations of the predicted temperature are less than 1. 0 K. Furthermore, the azeotropic compositions and 'azeotropic conditions were obtained by analyzing the azeotropic systems. The VLE data and thermodynamics parameters were provided for the azeotropic distillation of HDI separation.
