摘要：The concept, cause and classification have been explained briefly in this paper. A kind of intelligent conflict-resolving system based on multi-agent has been put forward after analyzing the existing methods of conflict resolution. The function and architecture of every agent has also been discussed. At last the system was applied in an electronic company and show good effect.
