摘要:污水处理是高能耗行业之一,针对污水处理行业的具体状况,给出了对提升泵和曝气系统的优化调控和先进控制手段,使工程在保证出水水质稳定达标的前提下实现能耗大幅度降低,形成系统的污水处理节能降耗技术,为污水处理厂的节能降耗及运营优化提供技术支撑,且在多个工程中应用并取得了较好的效果。
Wastewater treatment is one of high-energy consumption industries. For the specific situation of wastewater treatment industry, the optimized control and advanced control methods for lift pumps and aeration systems are introduced. These methods can ensure the effluent quality to meet the standard, achieve a significant reduction in energy consumption and provide the technical support for energy saving, consumption reduction and operation optimization of wastewater treatment plants. Good results in many engineering applications are obtained.
