摘要：本文回顾了上海市自2003年以来房产调控政策,并引申列举了1994年以来的历史宏观调控政策,重点分析了今年有保有压的“组合拳”措施,通过近几年的调控政策手段、效果等分析,论证了政府采取政策的及时有效,同时也指出政府在调控过程中有考虑不周全的因素,进而提出上海市政府制定房产调控政策的系列建议。
This paper has analyzed the governmental regulation and control of house property from 2003 to 2005. The governmental policy is timely and effective in Shanghai. The house price is steady through the macro-adjustment. But there are some negative sides in adjustment policies.. In this paper, a series of suggestions about house property regulation are brought forward.
