摘要：近年来的一系列企业突发性公共事件使得公众对企业网络舆情的关注达到一个新的高度,同时越来越多的企业也开始重视网络舆情的应对。本文采用AHP的方法构建了企业网络舆情的测度模型,并确立了舆情信息危机预警尺度表,能够直观的为企业提供网络舆情的测度。
In recent years, more and more attenfios were paid to intemet public opinion, as a result d a series of sudden public incidents. At the same time, more and more enterprises were beginning to recognize the importance of coping with the in temet public opinion. ＂Ibis paper built the evaluation model cf intemet public opinion for enterprise based on AHP. And established the Dimension table which could provide the direct view measure to enterprise.
