摘要:NOVELTY - Method for online monitoring and optimizing Aspergillus niger fermentation for producing sodium gluconate, involves performing online collection of fermentation broth, obtaining fermentation broth using mid-infrared spectrometer, and analyzing contents of glucose and sodium gluconate in the fermentation broth. USE - The method is used for online monitoring and optimizing A.niger fermentation for producing sodium gluconate (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for improving reaction speed of sodium gluconate production by fermentation of A.niger, which involves adding more than 8% oxygen, preferably 8-15% oxygen, more preferably 9-11% oxygen.
