摘要:采用TPU(热塑性聚氨酯)对EVA(聚乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯)热熔胶(HMA)进行改性,探讨了TPU/EVA质量比对HMA性能的影响,并采用正交试验法优选出耐高低温性HMA的最优配方。研究结果表明:当m(EVA)∶m(TPU)=30∶20时,HMA的综合性能相对最优;当w(EVA)=85%、w(TPU)=50%和w(费托蜡)=35%(均相对于萜烯树脂质量而言)时,HMA的耐高低温强度俱佳。
The EVA (polyethylene- vinyl acetate) hot- melt adhesive (HMA) was modified by TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane), and the influences of TPU/EVA mass ratios on properties of HMA were discussed, and the optimal formula of HMA with high and low temperature resistance was preferred by orthogonal experiment. The research results showed that the HMA had the relatively best combination property when mass ratio of m (EVA) :m (TPU) was 30: 20. The HMA had the good strength at high and low temperature resistance when mass fractions of EVA, TPU and Fischer-tropsch wax were 85%, 50% and 35% respectively in terpene resin.
