摘要：以上海市工业设计企业名录为数据基础,通过调查问卷、深度访谈,借助GIS技术,对上海市工业设计企业的空间集聚特征及影响因素进行分析.结果表明,作为兼具创意产业与知识密集的生产性服务业特征的工业设计业主要在城市中心集聚,偏好旧城区域内的创意园区,也缓慢地向城市边缘扩散,但并没有为追随服务对象而迁移到城市郊区的制造业区;在企业选址时,看重创意氛围、地段知名度、地租、集聚效益、政府政策等影响因素,没有表现出明显的科研院校偏好的特征.
Based on industrial design enterprises＆#39; basic data,through questionnaire,depth interview,with the aid of GIS technology,the spatial agglomeration characteristics and the influencing factors of industrial design enterprises in Shanghai are discussed in this paper.Results show that the industrial design enterprises mainly concentrated in the center of the city,especially preferring to locating close to the creative parks in the inner city,also slowly spread to the edge of the city,but they differed from the producer services industry that moved to manufacturing areas in the outskirts of the city;while location choosing,the valued creative atmosphere,location awareness,land rent,agglomeration benefits and government policy are important,which showed no obvious preference to research institutions and universities.
