摘要：目的运用关联规则技术,探讨中药治疗阿片类药物依赖的用药规律。方法收集中药治疗阿片类药物依赖的相关文献,建立阿片类药物依赖中药治疗数据库,利用Excel、Weka和自编程序进行中药的频次分析及关联规则挖掘。结果源于198篇文献的393条数据元素组成的中药治疗阿片类药依赖数据库中,延胡索的使用频次最高,与其他有益气温中、安神和血等作用的中药,构成了用药关联规则中的主体。结论阿片类药物依赖的中药治疗可参考发掘出的关联规则进行论治。
ABSTRACT：OBJECTIVE To explore the herb selection rules in the herb treatment for opioid dependence by association rules.METHODS The database of herb treatment for opioid dependence was established after literature collection,and Excel, Weka and self-compiled program were used to analyze the frequency of selected herbs and find their association rules.RESULTS In the database of herb treatment for opioid dependence which was composed of 393 data elements from 198 articles,Rhizo-ma Corydalis was used most frequently.Other herbs such as tonifying qi and warm middle jiao herbs and soothing nerves and harmonizing blood herbs constituted the main part of herb association rules.CONCLUSION The opioid dependence can be di-agnosed and treated by Chinese herbs with association rules which has been discovered.
