摘要:Based on the numerical simulation of the rough surfaces, Reynolds equation and Newton's Second Law of Motion-Force and Acceleration, the calculation model for planar thrust sliding bearing considering microcosmic topography is established in this paper. A method for calculating the acceleration of bearing is presented. By a specific example, the changes of the oil film pressure, acceleration and additional load of the thrust bearing during rotating are numerically calculated by the MATLAB program. The influences of rotation speed, surface roughness, and rotor mass on the lubrication performance of thrust sliding bearing were studied in detail.
