摘要:焊接缺陷是工业管道系统中最常见的缺陷,而管道系统中由于焊接缺陷引起的事故屡屡发生,因此管道焊接缺陷评定对于管道的安全运行具有重要意义。通过对R6、API579、SINTAP和BS7910等国外评定技术的比较,确立了采用英国标准BS7910-1999《金属结构中缺陷验收评定方法导则》的评定技术路线,对含焊接缺陷的压力管道进行评定,从而区分出严重焊接缺陷和非严重焊接缺陷。
As the most common flaws in industrial piping systems, weld flaws frequently lead to accidents. Therefore, assessment of piping with weld flaws is of great significance. In this paper, the assessing route adopting British Standard 'Guidelines for Methods of Assessing the Acceptability of Flaws in Metallic Structures' (BS7910-1999) is established to assess pressure piping with weld flaws, therefore serious weld flaws can be distinguished.
