摘要:合成了4个以—NHCO(CH2)nCONH—链连接的双(1,1′-苯并三唑-α,ω-二酰胺化合物(n=2,4,7,8),用红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱对其结构进行了表征。采用挂片失重法初步评价了它们在0.5mol/LH2SO4溶液中对铜的缓蚀作用,并用MM2分子力学程序讨论了缓蚀作用与分子结构的关系。
Four kinds of bis (1,1′ benzotriazoly) α,ω dicarboxamides compounds linked via-NHCO(CH 2) n CONH- chain: bis (1,1′ benzotriazoyl) α,ω succinylamide (BBT1), bis (1,1′ benzotriazoyl] α,ω adipoylamide (BBT2), bis (1,1′ benzotriazoyl) α,ω azelaoylamide (BBT3), bis (1,1′ benzotriazoly) α,ω decoyldiamide(BBT4) were synthesized and certified by IR and 1H NMR.Their corrosion inhibition effects for copper in 0.5 mol/L H 2SO 4 solution were evaluated by weight loss method.It shows that among these four compounds,only BBT1 has better pretection compared with BTA.The minimum energy conformation of these compounds were obtained by MM2 forcefield program.The two benzotriazole moiety in BBT1 molecule are more planar than that in other compounds.This would be benefit to increase the inhibition effects of BBT1.
