摘要：高校基层党组织是高校全部工作和战斗力的基础,在高校的教育教学和管理服务中起政治核心和政治堡垒的作用。随着国情、党情、校情的新发展,高校基层党组织工作面临着新挑战、新要求。在这种形式下,因地制宜开展群众工作就显得极其必要和急迫。本文结合实际状况,分析了上海某高校基层党组织开展群众工作的基本方法。
College primary Party organization is the foundation of all the work in college,which plays a core role in politics and is a fortress in college teaching and management services.With the development of the school,the party and the nation,we are facing challenges and high demands in working.Under such circumstances,it is necessary and urgent to carry out the mass work according to local conditions.Combined with the actual situation,this paper analyzes the basic method of promoting mass work in a college primary Party organization of Shanghai.
