摘要：人的内心有两种阴阳基本力量,其中阴为执著性,阳为主动性。执著性(阴)包含贪、嗔、痴、慢、疑,主动性包含灵活性和计划性。当阳被阴掩盖的时候,人便陷入困境、困难或困惑,一些人便来寻求心理咨询。咨询师的使命就是帮助当事人削弱执著性的优势,让主动性焕发活力。当主动性焕发活力,人就会感受到某种自在。因为执著性深植于人的内心,所以这实际上是帮助当事人战胜自我、自在生活的过程。咨询的本质是一种对话艺术,其成功的希望不可寄于咨询双方的任何一方的智慧,而应放在双方对话产生的火花之上。中国艺术的通性,乃在表现盎然的生意。作为一名中国咨询师,当继承这一传统。简言之,心理咨询是咨询师与当事人之间进行的,旨在帮助当事人战胜自我、自在生活的对话艺术。
There are two basic forces in people＇s heart. One is to go ahead and the other is to stay. The force to going ahead belongs to Yang, and the other force belongs to Yin. Yang force consists of mobility and planning. Yin force consists of greed and anger and stupidity and arrogance as well as fear. People will meet troubles when Yin force overwhelms Yang force, then some of them go for counseling. The aim of counseling is to help client decrease Yin force in their heart and live an easy life. Counseling is a kind of dialogue art. The hope is not either in counselor＇s wisdom or client＇s wisdom. Instead, the hope is sparks produced in the dialogue. The essence of Chinese art is to express the vital force of the world. Chinese counselor should carry on this tradition during counseling.
