摘要：大学毕业生就业难一直是困扰学生、学校、政府的一个热点问题。大学生源扩招是导致大学生就业压力大的主要原因，经济危机的爆发使得大学生就业难上加难。本文主要从社会因素、经济形势、高校教育和学生自身几个角度对应届毕业生就业困难的形势进行分析，针对就业困难的原因，从社会、政府、学校、学生几个角度提出探索性的办法。大学毕业生就业难是一个复杂的社会问题，只有通过社会、政府、学校和学生之间的相互协调、共同努力，才能真正地解决毕业生就业难的问题，促进大学毕业生的充分就业。
Difficult employment of college graduates has been a hot issue troubled student, school, and the government. College en-rollment is the main source of job stress, the economic crisis makes the students' employment difficult. This article from the social fac-tors, economic situation, several higher education and students' own perspectives to analyze the reasons for the employment difficulties, from society, government, schools, students several angles to propose approaches. Difficult employment of college graduates is a com-plex social problem, only through coordinated social, government, schools and students to work together in order to really solve the difficult problem of graduate employment, and promote full employment of university graduates.
