摘要：伴随着外卖经济的迅猛发展,外卖骑手成为城市生活中不可或缺的新兴职业群体。通过对上海市的田野调查,发现外卖配送劳动存在双重不确定性,即送达时间的不确定性和顾客评价的不确定性。骑手在劳动实践中针对不同主体发展出建立情感网络、经营情感关系、争取情感认同三种情感劳动策略来灵活应对和克服双重不确定性,形成以利益关联度为核心的“差序格局式”的策略图谱。骑手的情感劳动是以人力的方式弥补算法神话背后的漏洞与盲点,但这些策略只能在表征意义上缓解平台与骑手的张力,无法从根本上解决问题。以外卖骑手为代表的新兴职业群体及其劳动境遇有待进一步观察与研究。
With the rapid development of takeout economy, the takeout riders have become the indispensable emerging occupational group in urban life. Through the field survey conducted in Shanghai City, it is found that the takeout riders’ delivery labors are full of dual uncertainties, namely the uncertainty of delivery time and the uncertainty of customer evaluation. In labor practice, the riders have developed emotional labor strategies towards different subjects, hence they could flexibly handle and overcome dual uncertainties. The emotional labor strategies mainly include three types, namely establishing emotional network, managing emotional relationship and striving for emotional identity.Hence, they could make the strategy map of “ the pattern of difference sequence” with interest-based connections as the core. Actually, the riders’ emotional labor makes up for the loopholes and blind spots behind the algorithm myth in the human way. However, these strategies could only alleviate the tension between the platform and the riders in the symbolic meaning, but couldn’t solve this tension fundamentally. Under the technological utopia advocated by the platform, the takeout riders’ emotional labor is not only the “free work”,but also the “ghost work”. We should further observe and study the emerging occupational group represented by takeout riders and their labor situation.
