摘要:采用模压烧结工艺制备了陶瓷微粒改性聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)密封材料,并对其拉伸强度、压缩回弹性能和蠕变性能做了系统的研究。结果表明,该密封材料具备较好的抗拉强度,优异的压缩回弹性能和较高的抗蠕变松弛性能,可以代替同类进口密封材料应用于食品、化工、石化、造纸和医药工业。
Ceramic particles filled PTFE sealing material is developed by die pressing and sintering. The tensile strength, compressibility recovery and creep relaxation of this material are studied. The results show that this material has excellent tensile strength, fine compressibility recovery and outstanding resistance to creep relaxation, it can replace imported products used in food, chemical, petrochemical, paper and pharmaceutical industries.
