摘要:研究了交联壳聚糖磺化衍生物的制备方法。以壳聚糖为原料,戊二醛为交联剂,并预先采用一定的活化、造粒方法,先制成一种具有一定反应活性的壳聚糖凝胶珠。再以甲酰胺-氯磺酸为磺化试剂,在0~70°C的反应条件下,制得了一种在稀酸、碱以及水中都较稳定的磺化壳聚糖吸附树脂。其硫含量w=0.0345~0.1346。经红外光谱分析表明,该磺化衍生物具有类肝素结构,是一种极有广泛应用前景的类肝素物质。
The preparation of cross linked sulfonated Chitosan derivatives has been investigated.Chitosan was made into chitosan gel beads and cross linked by glutaraldehyde.Then it was sulfonated by chlorosulfonic acid and formamide at temperature of 0~70°C.A kind of small beads was obtained which was stable in acid,alkali solution and water.Sulfur content w is 0.034 5~0.134 6.The infrared spectra showed that sulfonated chitosan beads has the same structure as heparin.It will be a novel heparin like material with wide applications.
