摘要:综述了磷酸镁骨水泥的合成工艺、理化特性、反应机理、缓凝机理及水化产物组成。研究表明,快凝、高早强特性以及良好的胶粘性使磷酸镁骨水泥有望用于不稳定骨折治疗及人工关节假体粘结固定。
In this paper,the research on MPC is reviewed involving its preparation, physicochemical properties ,hydration product components and mechanism of reaction and retarding. The results showed that,with fast-setting and high-early-strength properties as well as good cohesiveness ,MPC has excellent prospects for application in cohering and fixing of unstable bone fracture and artificial joints.
