摘要：在分析国内外关于电动汽车商业模式的基础上,提出企业共同建设换电站的电池租赁模式。运用比较法和动态盈亏平衡分析方法,对该商业模式中各主体的盈利能力进行评价。结果表明,企业共同建设换电站的电池租赁模式是开启电动物流车市场的有效途径;企业参与建设比例、购换电差价和政府补贴力度是影响该商业模式可持续性的关键因素。最后总结存在的问题,提出建议。
On the basis of analyzing the business model of electric vehicle at home and abroad, this paper puts forward the battery leasing mode of the enterprises joint investment and construction of the battery swap station. Adopting comparison and dynamic break - even analysis methods to analyze the profitability of stakeholders in this business model, the result shows that battery leasing mode of the enterprises joint investment and construction of the battery swap station is the effec- tive way to open the market of electric trucks. And the proportion of enterprises participating in the construction, govern- ment subsidies and markup price between purchasing and swapping are the key factors that can influence the sustainability of the new business model. Finally, the existing problems are summarized and some suggestions are proposed.
