摘要：本文综述了LNT微波介质材料的研究进展,概括介绍了M相LNT材料、Li2TiO3ss相LNT材料及LNT复合材料的结构、介电性能及低温烧结工艺,并对该材料的未来发展作了一些展望。
The recent developments on LNT microwave dielectric materials are reviewed in this paper. The composition, structure, dielectric properties and low firing process of three kinds of widely investigated materials including M-phase material, Li2TiQ3ss material and M-phase-Li2TiO3ss are summarized. Some prospects related to the development of LTN materials are also proposed.
