摘要:NOVELTY - Producing multi-generic antigen of influenza vaccine involves selecting conserved influenza virus epitope M2e and HA2, and Hepatitis B virus coat protein (HBc) as epitope carriers. The epitope M2e and HA2 series in different combinations appear on the outer surface of hepatitis B virus coat protein. USE - Method for producing multi-generic influenza vaccine (claimed) for preventing and treating influenza virus of different subtypes. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to produce multi-generic influenza vaccine which has a more wide application prospect.
