摘要：Community E-Government has been playing an important role in urban informatization. This paper describes the grid administration system and a case of the street civil service application system in Wuliqiao Street in Luwan District - a major district in Shanghai. Since urban government can provide to civil citizens high level services and good environment for living and working through grid E-Government platform, this study provides a model of community E-Government application utilizing design research approach and combining grid administration and service.
