摘要:采用自制的Zeta电势装置表征了PVDF超滤膜,考察了1 mmol/L KCl溶液中不同pH流动电势与压力的关系,以及不同浓度KCl溶液中Zeta电势与pH的关系,测定了不同KCl浓度时膜的通量和截留率。结果表明:在不同pH下,膜的流动电势与压力具有良好的线性关系,并且流动电势随溶液浓度增加而降低;在氯离子浓度不变的情况下,膜的等电点随KCl浓度的升高而增大,即从pH 6.9(1 mmol/L KCl)升高到pH 7.1(5 mmol/L KCl)。这是由于离子极限电导率的不同而引起的。膜通量在等电点处最大并随KCl溶液浓度升高而降低,同时膜对盐的截留率在等电点处最小,在其两侧逐渐增大,截留率随氯化钾浓度增大而减小。
Ultrafiltration PVDF hollow fiber membranes made in the lab were tested for their stream ing potential, flux and rejection in KCl solutions with different concentrations. Streaming potential measured in 1 mmol/L KCl solution fitted linear correlation well with the pressure at four pH values. Zeta potentials decreased with the KCl concentration increasing. Zeta potential was also evaluated with a constant chloridion concentration, the isoelectrie point (IEP) of the membrane varied from 6.9 (1 mmol/L KCl) to 7.1(5 mmol/L KCl), which was caused by the difference of ions limiting conductivity. Flux was biggest at IEP and decreased with increasing concentration of KCl, meanwhile rejections were almost zero near the IEP and went up in both ways. Rejection went down with KCl concentration increasing.
