摘要:为提高水煤浆(coal water slury,CWS)气化效率,利用颗粒表面修饰的方法制备流动性良好的高浓度水煤浆。通过第二液体和第二颗粒悬浮液对煤颗粒表面进行修饰,再利用修饰后的煤颗粒制备水煤浆。结果表明:利用工业煤油作为第二液体以及碳酸钙煤油悬浮液作为第二颗粒悬浮液修饰煤颗粒,制备得到的水煤浆的表观黏度降低且流动性提高;利用占干基煤粉质量0.8%的碳酸钙煤油悬浮液(碳酸钙质量分数分别为9%和17%)修饰神华烟煤颗粒后制备水煤浆,可以得到流动性良好且浓度为66%(质量分数)的水煤浆。
In order to improve the gasification efficiency of coal water slurry(CWS),high concentration CWS with good fluidity was prepared by the particle surface modification.The surface of coal particles were modified by the second liquid and the second particle suspension,and the modified coal particles were used to prepare coal water slurry.The result shows that the apparent viscosity of CWS prepared by modifying coal particles with industrial kerosene as the second liquid and calcium carbonate kerosene suspension as the second particle suspension decreases and the fluidity improves.When Shenhua bituminous coal particles were modified by calcium carbonate kerosene suspension which accounts of 0.8%of the dry coal mass and the calcium carbonate mass fraction is 9%and 17%respectively,the CWS with good fluidity and concentration of 66%(mass fraction)can be obtained.
