摘要：近年来,随着研究生招生规模的不断扩大,研究生学位档案的数量急剧增长,给档案管理工作提出了严峻的挑战。本文分析了目前高校研究生学位档案管理工作的特点以及工作实践中存在的问题,探索学位档案管理信息化途径,对解决学位档案管理中的问题提出了应对措施,为学位档案工作人员提供参考。
In recent years, with the increase of postgraduates, the numbers of degree dossiers rise sharply, which presents a challenge to the management of the dossiers. This paper focuses on analyzing of the characteristics of the degree dossier＇s management, trying to find the problems existing in the practice and exploring the countermeasures to improve the management Level, which provides measures to deal with the problems and gives a reference for degree archivists.
