摘要:通过无皂乳液聚合方法制备了单分散性好的丙烯酸甲酯(MA)-二乙烯苯(DVB)交联微球。研究了引发剂、单体、交联剂的用量、温度、搅拌速率、离子强度对聚合反应速率和微球粒径的影响。得到了外形较规则、粒径为730nm左右、分布均匀的交联丙烯酸甲酯-二乙烯苯微球,其制备条件是:以双蒸馏水为反应体系,C(MA)0=0.871mol/L,C(DVB)=0.067mol/L,T=70℃,转速为300r/min,CK2S2O8=0.239mmol/L,交联度=4.7%。
Monodispersive polymer particles of methacrylate and 1, 4 divinylbzede were prepared by sope free emulsion polymerization. In absence of oxygen, the effects of temperature, monomer concentration, degree of cross linkage, rate of stirring, and ionic strength on the rate of polymerization and particle diameter were studied in detail. Under the optimum conditions: C (MA) 0 =0.871mol/L, C (DVB) =0.067mol/L, T =70℃, the rate of stirring=300r/min, C K 2S 2O 8 =0.239mmol/L, in redistilled water, poly (methacrylate 1, 4 divinybenzene) particles with a smooth surface and uniform diameter (about 700nm) were prepared.
