摘要:利用草酸共沉淀法制备钛酸钡粉体.研究工艺对钛酸钡基陶瓷的影响,这一过程包括BaTiO3粉体的预处理、成型和烧结等.系统地分析了各个影响因素对陶瓷基物理性能的影响.通过对工艺过程的严格控制,可得到BaTiO3基陶瓷在室温下的介电性能符合X7R陶瓷的特性.
Barium titanate powder was synthesized by the method of oxalic acid co-precipitation.The effects of the process on BaTiO_3-based ceramics were studied,the process included pro-treating of powder,molding and sintering.The influence of each factor on physical capability of ceramics was analysed systematically.Dielectric properties of the BaTiO_3-based ceramics according with X7R can be achieved by a strict control of the process.
