摘要:[目的]制备难溶性药物环氧虫啶的二甲基-β-环糊精(DM-β-CD)包合物,并对其表征。[方法]采用溶液搅拌法制备环氧虫啶-DM-β-CD包合物,运用红外光谱法、X-射线衍射法和扫描电镜法对其进行表征,相溶解度法研究环氧虫啶和DM-β-CD的包合特性。[结果]DM-β-CD与环氧虫啶以1∶1的比例形成环氧虫啶-DM-β-CD包合物,其溶解度为(14.3±0.2)g/L。在水中放置24 h时,环氧虫啶及其包合物分别水解了62.1%和3.6%。[结论]DM-β-CD与环氧虫啶形成包合物,提高了环氧虫啶的水中溶解度和稳定性。
[Aims] The study aims to prepare and characterize inclusion complex of a water insoluble drug cycloxaprid with dimethyl-fl-cyclodextrin (DM-β-CD). [Methods] The cycloxaprid-DM-fl-CD inclusion complex was prepared by the solution stirring method and characterized by means of infi'ared spectroscopy, X-ray diffractometry and scanning electron microscope. In addition, the inclusion interaction between cycloxaprid and DM-β-CD was studied by phase solubility method. [Results] The results showed that the inclusion complex with a 1:1 stoichiometry of cycloxaprid and DM-fl-CD was formulated successfully. The solubility of cycloxaprid-DM-β-CD inclusion complexes was (14.3±0.2) g/L. After dissolving in water for 24 hours, the hydrolyzed amount of cycloxaprid and cycloxaprid-DM-β-CD was 62.1 and 3.6%, respectively. [Conclusions] The cycloxaprid can form to DM-fl-CD, thus improving the solubility and stability of cycloxaprid effectively.
