摘要：城市社区建设往往以"打造熟人社区"为旨归,经过20多年高强度的建设,这种城市社区的熟人化仅仅在社区内的一部分人中成为现实。"打造熟人社区"的努力之所以止步于一部分人,是因为城市社区中的两种熟人关系,即所有人都认识的"公共熟人"圈和若干部分人之间相互熟悉的"部分熟人"圈,都难以形成将大部分人都囊括的"全面熟人关系",从而使得城市社区仅具有"部分熟人社区"的性质。如果将打造熟人社区理解成系统整合与社会整合之间互动的过程,社会整合本身是有局限的,而系统整合尽管客观上发挥了补救作用,却又遭遇新的局限性。如果"打造熟人社区的梦想难以实现"这个判断是成立的,那么,社区建设的具体路径可能就需要作出整体调整。
Urban community construction often aims at“ building an acquaintance community”. After more than 20 years’ high-intensity construction, it has become a reality only among some people in the community. The reason why the efforts to“ build an acquaintance community” stop at some people is that the two kinds of acquaintance relations in urban communities, namely“ public acquaintance” circle and “partial acquaintance” circle, are difficult to form a comprehensive acquaintance relationship. Building an acquaintance community can be understood as an interactive process between system integration and social integration. Social integration itself has limitations, and system integration plays a remedial role objectively. But it will also encounter new limitations. If“ the dream of building an acquaintance community is difficult to realize”, the specific path of community construction may need to be adjusted as a whole.
