摘要:用1,4’-二羟基二苯乙酮(BHDB)与间苯二酰氯(IPC)合成了具有良好成炭性的BHDB-IPC聚合物,与磷-氮(P-N)膨胀阻燃体系Al Pi/MPP复配,通过熔融共混法制备了无卤阻燃热塑性聚醚酯弹性体(TPEE)材料。研究表明,BHDBIPC在700℃时残留率可达45.49%,BHDB-IPC与磷-氮膨胀阻燃体系复配,有助于形成连续致密稳定炭层,提高TPEE的热分解残留率,有效抑制熔滴,产生明显的协效阻燃作用。当TPEE/P-N/BHDB-IPC的质量比为85/12/3.0时,其阻燃等级达到UL94 V-0级别,极限氧指数为28.5%。
The copolymer BHDB-IPC with excdlent charring ability was synthesized from 1, 4 '- dihydroxyacetophenone(BHDB) and imphthaloyl chloride(IPC). BHDB-IPC was introduced as char agent for phosphorous-nitrogen (P-N) intumescent flame retarding A1Pi/MPP thermoplastic polyether ester dastomer (TPEE). The results show that the remained residue of BHDB-IPC at 700 "C can be as high as 45.49%. Compounding BHDB-IPC with P - N flame retardant could promote the formation of stable and compact carbonaceous char which can effectively prevent the melt dripping and show great synergism at high temperature. When the mass ratio of additives (TPEE/P-N/BHDB-IPC) is 85/12/3.0, the composite could achieve a UL94 V-0 rating in vertical burnin~ test, while the limit oxvaen index (LOI) is 28.5 %.
