摘要：NOVELTY - A group of expanding agents with different polarities is determined by chromatography, and effective expanding agent is determined according to the change of Delta Rf value during chromatography. The expanding agent is used as solvent for resolution of chiral drug captopril intermediate 3-acetyl hydrosulfonyl-2-methyl propionic acid. The resolving agent is sieved according to the change of Delta Rf value with fixed solvent. Thus, resolution of chiral drug captopril intermediate 3-acetyl hydrosulfonyl-2-methyl propionic acid is enabled. USE - Resolution of chiral drug captopril intermediate 3-acetyl hydrosulfonyl-2-methyl propionic acid. ADVANTAGE - The resolution of chiral drug captopril intermediate 3-acetyl hydrosulfonyl-2-methyl propionic acid is easily and precisely carried out by a simple method.
