摘要：流程工业是我国制造业的重要组成部分,其向智能化的转型对我国建设制造强国至关重要,其中培养适应和引领未来流程工业发展的工程人才尤为关键。基于问卷调查,研究首先分析了未来流程工业发展对人才的要求,然后从课程设置与教学、实践实习、师资队伍、校企合作、学生毕业去向等方面具体探究了当前我国流程工业工程人才培养的现状与问题,最后提出了相应的对策建议,对系统性推进我国流程工业工程人才培养改革具有一定的借鉴价值。
The process industry is an important part of China’s manufacturing industry,and its transformation to intelligence is crucial to China’s construction of a manufacturing powerhouse.Among them,cultivating engineering talents who can adapt to and lead the future development of the process industry is particularly critical.Based on the questionnaire survey,this article analyzes the future development of the process industry’s requirements for talents.Then,it analyzes the current status and problems of the process industry engineering talent training in China from the aspects of curriculum setting and teaching,practical internship,faculties,university-enterprise cooperation,and students’job options,and finally puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.It has certain reference value for systematically promoting the reform of China’s process industry engineering talent training.
