摘要：The non-linear optical wave guide of thiohalogen glass uses 3-valence non-linear thiohalogen glass as carrier and is prepared through ion exchange of special fused salt. Its refractivity is 0.001-0.04. The optical wave guide can be used for high-capacity high-speed transmission of optical signals and as the excellent carrier of integrated optics in microoptical circuit.
