摘要：伴随网络技术的发展、网民数量的激增及网络舆论空间的生成,中国网络公共领域开始兴起并逐步成长。目前,我国网络公共领域尚处于不成熟的发展阶段,与现实政治过程有较强的互动性。本文通过对其进行具体的理论考察,揭示这种新型民主实践的可能性与运行机制,并研究其发展的限制因素,说明其不仅对我国公民社会的有序、健康发展起到重要的推动作用,而且为我国民主政治的发展寻求到了一条有效途径。
Accompanied by the development of network technology, the surge in the number of netizens and the generation of the network public space, China＇s internet public sphere began to rise and grow gradually. Currently, the internet public sphere in China is still at an immature stage of development and has a strong interaction with the reality of the political process. The specific theory investigation is to reveal the possibility and the operating mechanism of this new type democratic practice, and to study limited factors of its development. It is not only beneficial for China＇s civil society to have an orderly and healthy development, but also plays an important role in promoting and seeking an effective way for the development of China＇s democratic politics.
