摘要：Realization of new industrialization should be accelerated internally by science and technology progress. And market economy mechanism would be its resource collocation, globalization of economy would be its strategic base. In this paper, the strategies of new industrialization of Shanghai have been analyzed in readjustment of industrial structure, development of regional comparative advantage, etc.
