摘要:气流床粉煤加压气化技术具有原料消耗低,碳转化率高,热效率高,煤种适应性强等优势。我国具有自主知识产权的气流床粉煤加压气化技术中试装置在兖矿鲁南化肥厂运行成功,各项技术指标分别为:有效气体积分数89%~93%,碳转化率98%~99%,比氧耗0.30~0.32m3/m3,比煤耗0.53~0.54kg/m3,冷煤气效率≥84%。
The pressurized entrained flow gasification for pulverized coal is featured with its low consumption of materials, high carbon conversion and heat efficiency, and its excellent flexibility to coals. The pilot-plant of pressurized entrained flow gasification for pulverized coal has been running successfully in YanKuang Lunan Chemical Fertilizer Plant, and the technology is a self-owned intellectual property, and obtains excellent qualifications: the volume fraction of syngas (CO + H2) can reach 89% - 93%, carbon conversion rate, 98% - 99%, oxygen consumption and coal consumption, 300 - 320 m3 and 530 - 540 kg per 1000 m3 of (CO + H2) respectively, and the cold gas efficiency, over 84%.
