摘要:NOVELTY - A catalyst comprises (wt.%) cellular active carbon carrier (77-96), and a mixture of manganese oxide (1.3-6.5) and cerium oxide (2.4-18.8). USE - A catalyst for exhaust gas denitration. ADVANTAGE - The specific surface area of the cellular active carbon is high and pore structure is advanced, thus reducing bed lamination. The catalyst can be used for exhaust gas denitration at 80-200 degrees C wide temperature range with high denitration activity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing the catalyst, comprising: (A) mixing active carbon powder having a specific surface area of 800-1200 m2/g and a grain diameter of lesser than 200 meshes, with organic adhesive, shaping aid, and water, and mixing at a mass ratio of 100:(5-30):(3-10):(120-200) in a kneading machine, rolling, and performing vacuum extrusion molding to obtain a wet cellular body; (B) drying at 50-110 degrees C, heating to 180-250 degrees C at 2-5 degrees C heat raising speed under the protection of inertia gas, solidifying for 0.5-2 hours, increasing temperature to 600-800 degrees C at the same speed, and performing carbonization for 1-3 hours to obtain cellular active carbon carrier; and (C) using equivoluminal soaking method to soak the cellular active carbon carrier with a mixed solution for 2-12 hours, where the mixed solution comprises manganous nitrate or manganese acetate, cerous nitrate, and water at a mass ratio of (0.3-1.6): (0.4-3.6):10, drying and roasting at 300-500 degrees C for 1-8 hours, and oxidizing at 150-200 degrees C for 2-8 hours, where the organic adhesive is phenolic resin or furan resin, the shaping aid is methylcellulose, carboxymethylcellulose, starch, and/or polyvinyl alcohol.
