摘要：研究了不同工艺条件下,丁二酸和1,4-丁二醇直接酯化过程中,酯化率与四氢呋喃生成率随时间的变化。通过控制搅拌速度、反应温度及1,4-丁二醇/丁二酸物质的量比,讨论了不同因素对酯化过程中酯化率和四氢呋喃生成率的影响。
In direct esterification of succinic acid and 1, 4 - butanediol, the variation of esterification rate and THF generation rate with hours was investigated in different technological conditions. It is discussed the effect of different factors on esterification rate and generation rate of THF in esterafication process, through the control of stirring speed, reaction temperature and BD/SC molar ratio.
