摘要：灵芝三萜为灵芝中的重要成分,药理作用突出,提高其提取率是一大研究热点。综述了灵芝三萜的提取方法及体外抗氧化研究进展,为实验研究及工业生产提供参考。
Triterpenes of ganoderma lucidum are important components in Ganoderma lucidum,whose pharmacological ac?tion is prominent,and improving the extraction rate of them is a major research hotspot.In this paper,the extraction meth?ods and antioxidant research progress of Ganoderma triterpenes in vitro are reviewed,providing reference for experimental research and industrial production.
