摘要：依托大型体育赛事平台积蓄产业发展势能,是促进商旅文体深度融合发展的重要支撑。运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,探讨依托大型体育赛事促进商旅文体深度融合发展的理论意涵、内在逻辑、阻滞困境和推进指向。研究认为,大型体育赛事促进商旅文体在政策制度、产业资源、核心要素、消费市场和业态产品方面深度融合发展,但仍面临相关政策制度认识不充分,多元主体权责边界模糊;体育场地设施建设不完善,赛事品牌带动作用有待加强;信息资源挖掘利用不充分,专业对口人才数量不充足;融合产品服务供给不到位,配套基础设施保障不完善等阻滞困境。据此,提出强化地方政府政策制度解读能力,明确多元主体权责边界与互动关系;提高体育场地设施资源使用效率,深化大型体育赛事品牌引领和带动作用;强化关键信息资源共享开发与利用,健全商旅文体专业对口人才培养机制;丰富商旅文体融合产品业态供给,优化配套基础设施服务要素配置等推进指向。
Relying on the platform of large-scale sporting events to accumulate industrial development potential energy is an important support for promoting the deep integration and development of business,tourism,culture and sports.By using the research methods of literature review and logical analysis,this study discusses the theoretical implication,internal logic,blocking dilemmas and advancing direction of promoting the deep integration and development of business,tourism,culture and sports based on large-scale sporting events.According to the study,large-scale sporting events promote the deep integration and development of business,tourism,culture and sports in terms of policies,systems,industrial resources,core elements,consumer markets and business products.However,it is still faced with such blocking dilemmas as inadequate understanding of relevant policies and systems,and the blurred boundaries of the powers and responsibilities of multiple subjects;the uncompleted construction of sports facilities,and the driving role to be strengthened of sports brands;the insufficient mining and utilization of information resources,and the inadequate number of professional counterparts;and the unfulfilled supply of integrated products and services,and the incomplete supporting infrastructure services.Therefore,the advancing directions are proposed to strengthen the interpretation ability of local government on policies and regulations in order to clarify the boundaries of power and responsibility of multiple subjects and their interaction;to improve the efficiency of the use of sports venues,facilities and resources in order to deepen the leading and driving role of large-scale sporting events;to strengthen the sharing development and utilization of key information resources in order to improve the talent training mechanism of business,tourism,culture and sports;and to enrich the supply of integrated product formats of business,tourism,culture and sports in order to optimize supporting elements allocation of infrastructure services.
