摘要:以高介电聚酰亚胺复合材料为主要研究目标,介绍了不同类型填料如介电陶瓷、导电颗粒、多相复合体系等掺杂的聚酰亚胺复合材料的制备及其在介电性能、机械性能、热力学稳定性等方面的特征;总结并对比了不同类型填料掺杂的聚酰亚胺复合材料的特点,并分析了其影响因素;最后,对高介电聚酰亚胺复合材料的发展方向进行了展望。
The research progresses on polyimide composite materials with optimized dielectric properties were studied.Different kinds of filler materials such as dielectric ceramics,conductive fillers and muti-phase materials and their influences on dielectric,thermal and mechanical properties of the materials were concluded.Moreover,The characteristics of polyimide composites doped with different fillers were summarized and compared,and the influencing factors were analyzed.At last,the research trends of high dielectric constant polyimide composite materials were prospected.
