摘要:NOVELTY - Deacidification of high acid crude oil using phase transfer catalyst comprises taking high acid crude oil with acid value of greater than 1 mg potassium hydroxide/g; providing phase transfer catalyst which is quaternary ammonium salt (I); providing alkali solution which is 1-4% sodium hydroxide solution and/or sodium carbonate solution; and mixing high acid crude oil, phase transfer catalyst and alkali solution to form reaction system. The concentration of phase transfer catalyst in reaction system is 400-600 mg/L. USE - Method for deacidifying high acid crude oil using phase transfer catalyst (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has high efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Deacidification of high acid crude oil using phase transfer catalyst comprises taking high acid crude oil with acid value of greater than 1 mg potassium hydroxide/g; providing phase transfer catalyst which is quaternary ammonium salt of formula (I); providing alkali solution which is 1-4% sodium hydroxide solution and/or sodium carbonate solution; and mixing high acid crude oil, phase transfer catalyst and alkali solution to form reaction system. The concentration of phase transfer catalyst in reaction system is 400-600 mg/L. R1=12-16C alkyl; R2, R3=1-4C alkyl; R4=1-4C alkyl or alkylphenyl; and X-=Cl-.
