摘要：通过对溴甲苯溴化合成了对溴苄溴 ( ) ,收率为 4 5.3 % ,从丙二酸二乙酯出发合成了乙酰氨基丙二酸二乙酯 ( ) ,收率为 60 .6% , 和 缩合得到了对溴苄基乙酰氨基丙二酸二乙酯 ,收率为 61 .3 %。
pBromobenzyl bromide (Ⅰ) was synthesized by bromization of pbromotoluene, diethyl acetamidomalonate (Ⅱ) was prepared from diethyl malonate, the yields were 45.3% and 60.6% respectively; through the condensation of Ⅰ and Ⅱ, the vital intermediate diethyl pbromobenzylacetamidomalonate was obtained, the yield was 61.3%.
