摘要:采用商业级可聚合乳化剂,通过细乳液法制备了以聚苯乙烯为壳,十六烷为芯材的相变纳米胶囊;研究了亲水性单体、交联剂用量、单体与相变材料投入量比例等条件对纳米胶囊结构的影响,通过TEM、DLS、FT-IR、DSC和TG等手段分别对聚合物纳米胶囊的形貌、粒径大小及粒径分布、结构和热性能等进行表征分析。结果表明,在苯乙烯体系中加入适量的亲水性单体、交联剂以及合适比例的单体与相变材料等,都有助于得到具有核壳结构的纳米胶囊相变材料。
The phase change nanocapsules with hexadecane as core and polystyrene as shell were prepared by the polymerizable emulsifier sodium alpha-olefin sulfonate via miniemulsion polymerization.The effects of polar monomer,the amount of cross-linker and the mass ratio between St and HD on the particles morphology were studied.TEM,DLS,FT-IR,DSC and TG were used to characterize the properties of nanocapsules.The results suggested that nanocapsules showed a core-shell structure when adding with the proper amount of MMA,cross-linker and the right mass ratio of St/HD.
