摘要：以三甲基氯硅烷、正硅酸乙酯、八甲基环四硅氧烷（Ｄ４）为原料，合成了一种（甲基型）有机硅胶粘剂，具有强度好、耐热等级高、高温下电气性能优越等特点。用该胶粘剂制得的耐火云母带完全满足ＧＢ１２６６６．６－９０Ｂ或ＩＥＣ３３１的标准要求，可应用于各种耐火电线电缆。同时介绍了耐火云母带的结构。
In this paper, polymethylsiloxane adhesives were made from trimethyl chlorosilane , ethylorthosilicate and octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane. The adhesives have high peeling adhesion, outstanding heat and electric resistance. So, the mica and glass cloth tape composite that are consistent with GB 12666.6 90B or IEC331 were prepared by using the adhesives, and which was used in the manufacture of a variety of fire proof cables. Additionally, the structure, material and application of the tapes were discussed in detail.
