摘要：NOVELTY - The device has a fiber component provided with an inlet and an outlet. A fan-shaped sub-component is connected with a cavity of a multi-independent fiber beam splitting channel. An outlet side of a converging channel is connected with an inlet side of the fiber beam splitting channel. The cavity is divided into a Y-type channel. The splitting channel is formed with a long circular hole. Diameter of the long circular hole is 5-20 mm. USE - Continuous fiber beam splitting device for a reinforced thermoplastic resin impregnation device. ADVANTAGE - The device reduces open dip die head broken fiber processing so as to ensure continuous production process without stopping a machine. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a continuous fiber beam splitting method.
