摘要：导师的指导与学生培养质量之间的关联已成为导师和博士生共同关注的一个重要问题。在教育质量标准、导师的素质及其指导的方式、频率和周期等相互关联的许多方面 ,师生的见解各有异同。笔者通过调查比较后认为 ,我国博士生培养应该“严进严出” ,并适当延长指导周期。
The correlation between supervisors’ guidance and the quality of doctoral students has drawn attention from supervisors and students alike. There are different opinions on relevant education criteria, the quality of supervisors, and the manner, frequency and duration of their guidance and supervision. Based on their study, the authors believe that stricter standards should be applied to both student admissions and granting of doctoral degrees, and the duration of doctoral programs should be lengthened.
