摘要:低压大流量雾化喷嘴主要用于化工、消防、医药等领域,其雾化性能直接影响到生产效率和使用要求。利用高速相机和激光粒度分析仪对3种不同结构类型的雾化喷嘴进行实验研究,得到各喷嘴在不同流量下的喷射压力、雾化角、粒度及粒度分布等雾化性能参数。实验表明:各喷嘴的喷射压力均与流量的平方成正比;各喷嘴雾滴粒度均随流量增大而减小,且都能形成实心锥形喷雾;螺旋型喷嘴的雾化性能最佳,不仅分布均匀,且具备大流量、雾滴粒度小等特性。
Low pressure and high flux nozzle is mainly used in chemical,fire,medicine and other fields. The atomization performance directly affects the production efficiency and use requirements. Experiments should be done to test nozzle atomization performance and find out the relationship between each parameters in the process of optimization of this kind of nozzle structure. This paper uses high-speed camera and laser particle size analyzer to study three different nozzle structures, obtains injection pressures, atomizing angles, granularity, granularity distribution and other performance parameters in different mass flows. The experiments indicate that the nozzle ejection pressure is proportional to square of the flow. Nozzles spray particle size decreases with the increasing flux,and can form solid conical spray.Spiral nozzle atomizing performance is the best,not only has uniform distribution but also has great flow,small droplets size and other characteristics.
